"During our last 10 years in Ojai, Kristen Currier helped us purchase a home, sell a home, and purchase another home. We couldn’t be happier with the help she provided. She is extremely knowledgeable as a realtor. She’s from Ojai, has many years of experience as a realtor In Ojai, and knows the details of this area inside and out. On several occasions we simply described specific houses by only their general description and location, and she knew all about the homes, and their history, even if they weren’t on the market. With an abundance of knowledge and experience, she was a gifted negotiator and was really good at explaining the in’s and out’s of home sales and purchases. She let us know what to expect before every eventuality and we always felt prepared and knew exactly what to expect. Even though we weren’t purchasing and selling homes in the higher end of Ojai’s market, we felt that Kristen gave us all of the time and attention that we could have possibly needed. We were never made to feel that any question we had was beneath her expertise to answer. Even after buying homes before, we were always surprised how many little details and questions we had about the process. We never hesitated to ask, and Kristen always had a knowledgeable, prompt, answer for us. Incidentally both of the homes we purchased in Ojai, had special circumstances about them that made the buying process more difficult then standard purchases, and we were very grateful for Kristen’s knowledge, patience, and guidance. Working with Kristen has been a wonderful experience.
